Located in the city centre of Galway’s vibrant ‘Latin Quarter’ The Quays, Galway is one of Galway’s most famous and historic music drinking establishments. For close on 400 years The Quays has catered to both Galwegians and visitors to our city.
Upstairs is a spectacular live music venue with a pipe organ stage on stilts. Every weekend bands from all over Ireland come to perform. We host a array of acts which play a mix of genres from rock and pop to blues and classics. Many TV music specials are also filmed in the Music Hall, including the famous Glór Tíre on TG4.

We serve food seven days a week from 12 – 9pm. Our menu features traditional Irish dishes, that have been passed down through generations, as well as a modern take on some of our favourites. By using locally sourced ingredients, we aim to serve the freshest, tastiest meals.
A fine pub for some craic

It is just a very fun and authentic Irish pub. I just got drinks there with live music. Very cool atmosphere. Prices are standard.

Such a brilliant spot for a night out. They have a cocktail bar and restaurant downstairs and the food is delicious. They have at least 3 bars upstairs and it's honestly one of the best nights out. They had live music on and it was absolutely brilliant it was so busy but the staff were so friendly and efficient.
